Dr Tshidi Gule
Dr. Tshidi Gule, affectionately known as “Dr. G,” is a distinguished medical doctor, health advocate, author, and entrepreneur. She founded the PhilaQ, a healthcare solutions facility that provides corporates and executives with education, programs, and tools for overall well-being.
Dr. Gule is also the author of Rough Diamond, a memoir exploring entrepreneurship and mentorship, offering insights from her journey as a young entrepreneur.
Her expertise in employee wellness and resilience has been instrumental in assisting companies across Africa to re-engineer effective wellness models, leading to sustainable returns on investment.
Recognized for her contributions, Dr. Gule was nominated as a Top 20 South African medical professional ‘Health Hero’ by Longevity magazine and received top honors at Wits Business School for New Venture Creation in 2010.

Nomazibulo Tshanga
Nomazibulo Tshanga is a seasoned business woman, humanitarian, multi-faceted speaker, and thought leader in Strategy Development, Gender Transformation, Leadership, and People Management. She’s also a mother to three beautiful children, two boys, and 1 baby girl, and is a wife to an amazing and supportive husband. From an HR Graduate at Coca-Cola to an HR & Transformation Director at Bidvest Steiner, in 2016 she started her own 100% black and majority female owned People Management Consulting company called Ziyana Business Consulting and Training.
Noma is passionate about gender equality and accelerating the growth of women in leadership spaces and thus began her women empowerment initiative that she hosts called “Brunch With Noma”.
In 2022 Noma started a non- profit foundation called the Ziyana Foundation where the objective is to ensure that economic stability and growth is inclusive for all communities.
Noma just launched a Podcast platform called “Leaders in Conversation” which aims to cultivate the intelligence needed to create corporate value through intentional and authentic conversations. This is a platform where she will be engaging with the C- Suite leaders from various organisations and professions who through a plethora of experience and finely-honed skills will share their journey in corporate with the aim of inspiring upcoming C- Suite leaders.
