The Africa Rising Leadership Summit & Awards is designed to address the evolving challenges and opportunities in leadership across Africa. By emphasizing the theme “Empowering Africa’s future: Leadership in the age of Digital Transformation, this event will spotlight the crucial role of digital technology in driving leadership excellence and organizational success.

The summit will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, break- away workshops, and networking, culminating in an awards ceremony to honor exceptional leaders. This event targets C-suite executives, corporate and entrepreneurial leaders, aiming to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and drive impactful leadership across the continent.

Africa Rising Leadership Summit and Awards is in partnership with the Ziyana Foundation. Any proceeds made from the summit will be towards the Ziyana Foundation community building initiatives.

Ziyana Foundation, formally established in 2022, is a non- profit organisation supported by Ziyana Group (Pty) Ltd. Our main objective is to ensure that economic stability and growth is inclusive for all communities, especially those that are disadvantaged (young, black and women) and leadership is at the core of this.
